Most people don’t wake up excited about contracts, contingencies, or negotiations; but those details are exactly where deals are won or lost. That is where I come in.

I am a real estate advisor who combines a former life in high-stakes transactional law with a very human focus: helping people make confident decisions in moments that often feel overwhelming. Before transitioning into real estate from corporate law, I practiced as a transactional attorney advising corporations across Asia, Europe, and North America on complex commercial deals, where precision, negotiation, and risk management were not optional, they were expected.

Today, I bring that same level of rigor to every home purchase and sale, backed by credentials that include admission to the bars of Washington State, England & Wales, and Pakistan, along with an MBA in Finance. That foundation allows me to see what others miss, structure deals strategically, and protect my clients at every step.

But credentials are not what clients remember.

What they remember is how I show up.

I am known for being deeply invested, highly responsive, and relentless about follow-through. Clients are people, not transactions. I take their pain points and make it my mission to reduce stress and advocate fiercely for the best possible outcome.

I am also a mom, happily outnumbered by my boys: my energetic, talkative son and our lively doodle, whose confidence far exceeds his job description. Together, they keep life lively, unpredictable, and full of perspective.

Outside of work, you may find me wandering through a furniture, décor, or tile store, getting my hands dirty in the garden, behind a camera capturing moments, tackling a DIY project, planning my next adventure, or seeking out great food, though my
talents are far better suited to appreciating exceptional meals than preparing them.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: when you take good care of people, the right outcomes follow naturally.
